Terms & Conditions – Acceptance

1. Non-Refundable & Non-Changeable

• All tickets sold by us are discounted, promotional tickets. Once issued, these tickets are 100% non-refundable and non-changeable.
• If you choose not to travel, or cancel your plans, the ticket value will be forfeited.

2. Name Accuracy

• Tickets are issued strictly in the name provided at the time of booking. Name changes are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Please check passenger details carefully before confirming your booking.

3. No-Show Policy

• If you fail to board the train at the booked date/time (no-show), your ticket will automatically be cancelled and no refund or credit will be issued.

4. Responsibility During Travel

• If you face any issues during travel or at the station, you must contact us immediately by phone or email so we can assist you.
• Any disputes raised directly without notifying us first may lead to legal proceedings and/or blacklisting from future services.

5. Third-Party Service Provider

• We are an independent third-party agency reselling Amtrak and VIA Rail tickets at discounted prices.
• By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that we are not Amtrak itself but a service provider offering cheaper fares.

6. Customer Responsibility

• It is your responsibility to verify all details (dates, times, names, routes) before confirming the booking.
• Any mistakes provided by the customer cannot be corrected after ticket issuance.

7. Payment & Disputes

• All sales are final. Once payment is made and ticket is issued, no chargebacks, refunds, or cancellations will be entertained.
• If you initiate a dispute/chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to take legal action and report to relevant authorities/platforms.

8. Business Sustainability Clause

• These tickets are sold at special discounted or loss-making rates to help customers save money and to grow our business.
• If you are not comfortable with these terms, please inform us before booking. Once confirmed, no exceptions will be made.

9. Limited Liability

• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the ticket. We are not responsible for cancellations.
